Approach
The same method, on every project.
Every project follows the same four phases. Here is what happens in each one and what is left when it ends.
The first sessions
What happens before anything is built.
The first sessions are for understanding, not for delivering. We read the org, the processes and the people who use them, and we put what we find in writing.
What we review
The org as it is today: metadata, automation, custom code, environments, integrations and the limits that are close to being hit.
What you get
A written picture of what works, what hurts and what would break if it were touched, with the evidence behind it.
What gets decided
Which problems are worth solving first and what the scope of the work is, before any of it starts.
PHASE 01 · Analysis
Pre-flight
We inspect the org, the processes and the people who use them before proposing anything.
At the end of this phase
A written picture of the org, the processes and the risks, with the evidence anyone can check.
In business terms: Nobody starts from a guess: the first conversation is already about your org and not about a generic method.
PHASE 02 · Planning
Flight plan
Scope, architecture, environments and release strategy, agreed and written down.
At the end of this phase
A written plan: what is in the scope, how it is built, which environments it uses and how it reaches production.
In business terms: You know what is being built before it is built, so a change of direction is a decision and not a surprise.
PHASE 03 · Delivery
Takeoff
Iterative delivery with validations at every step, and a test pass before any change reaches production.
At the end of this phase
Working code in production, with the validations and the tests that back it.
In business terms: Nobody finds out in production that a change broke something.

PHASE 04 · Support
Cruise
Monitoring, improvements and a documentation handover, so your team can maintain the org without us.
At the end of this phase
A documented org and a team that can run it: what exists, why it exists and how to change it.
In business terms: The work does not depend on us staying.
How we work
Understand before building
No solution is proposed until the process and the org are understood.
Platform-native first
Standard features where they fit, custom code where it truly adds value.
Every change is validated
Every change passes through checks and environments before production.
Leave the team stronger
Documentation and knowledge transfer are part of the delivery, not an extra.
Ways to work together
Project
Defined scope and outcome, from analysis to go-live.
Continuous support
Ongoing capacity for releases, improvements and architecture guidance.
Targeted support
Focused help on a specific integration, deployment or technical challenge.
